• While with the District Attorney's Office: Tried 25 felony cases, including first-degree murder, which resulted in 21 convictions, including the Lou Adler kidnapping case, two hung juries and two acquittals. More than 50 juvenile court adjudications including several murder cases.


In private practice: Has represented clients in over 80 felony jury trials including rape, robbery, insurance fraud, white collar crimes, first-degree murder and death penalty cases. Obtained acquittals in over 90% of all trials, including misdemeanor trials where he specializes in representing school teachers and coaches accused of misconduct toward students, for the California Teachers Association. Has successfully represented over 60 individuals at trial charged with misdemeanor and felony allegations of physical or sexual abuse of children, sexual assault and rape, with a 90% acquittal rate.


• Has defended numerous teachers referred by the California Teachers Association accused of physical or sexual abuse: 129 not guilty verdicts or dismissals out of 132 cases.


• Organizer and lecturer of the C.E.B. Seminars on "Representing Juveniles."


• Lecturer at the annual California Teachers Association Group Legal Services Seminar numerous times regarding defending teachers against criminal allegations of child molestation or child abuse.


• Lecturer at the annual seminars (1998-99) before California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (CACJ) regarding defending those accused of child molestation.
